Recent planning consultations
Welwyn Hatfield Local Plan consultation - The Local Plan consultation document has been produced for public consultation and, together with the strategic policies set out in the Emerging Core Strategy, will form the basis for the new Local Plan for the borough. The content of the Local Plan will be decided once the consultation closes and all comments received have been assessed by the council and the appropriate changes are made.
The consultation ran from 23 January 2015 until 20 March 2015. Please see our Local Plan page for what happens next.
Proposed Neighbourhood Plan Area for Northaw and Cuffley -Consultation on the proposed Neighbourhood Area closed on 13 August 2014. Comments can be viewed on our Consultation Portal
